The sugar-free version of le melo is optimally supplemented with additional vitamins and micronutrients. The focus of the sugar-free version was primarily on supporting the immune system, energy levels, fat metabolism, muscle strength, and gut health.

Vitamin C:
We use buffered vitamin C in the form of calcium L-ascorbate, which has advantages over "normal" vitamin C.

• Stomach-friendly
• Improved tolerability
• Increases bioavailability

Furthermore, we use sugar-free in le melo:

• Vitamin B5
• Vitamin B6

To support energy balance.

Creatine and inulin are two other key ingredients in our sugar-free varieties. Creatine is one of the best-researched dietary supplements available and offers benefits for muscle function, energy production, and recovery, as well as promoting mental clarity. Inulin promotes the growth of gut bacteria, which in turn has an anti-inflammatory effect – it also enhances the body's absorption of calcium and magnesium.

Creatine:
With 500mg per stick pack, it already provides a large proportion of the daily recommended amount (can be increased up to 3-5g per day).

• More power, focus, and stability during activity
• Supports the formation of ATP (the "fuel" for muscle function)
• Protects against oxidative stress
• Does it counteract muscle loss in old age (from about 30 years)?
• It aids in regeneration

Inulin:
2250mg per stick pack – for a healthier gut flora.

• Inulin from chicory root
• High in fiber, reduces hunger
• Important for blood sugar regulation
• Supports the growth of gut bacteria (metabolic balance)
• It has an anti-inflammatory effect
• Reduced risk of infection
